Praxis’ audit and review approach is designed to provide a consistent way to review and measure the performance of claims activities.  The approach is a results-oriented process that measures performance on a case-by-case basis that takes into consideration industry best practices and your claims handling guidelines.  We assess the proper evaluation of coverage, liability, damages evaluation, reserving, litigation management, documentation, subgrogation/contribution potential, and settlement factors.  Each engagement delivers a narrative report which outlines observations and recommendations as well as an analysis of each claim file reviewed.

  • Recommendations should be specific and attainable
  • Culminate in action plans
